Esto es porque, a pesar de la existencia de la legislaci\u00f3n federal que requiere la provisi\u00f3n de servicios profesionales de interpretaci\u00f3n y advierte ante el uso de familiares como int\u00e9rpretes, especialmente de menores de edad (v\u00e9ase la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/LEPSpanish.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Secci\u00f3n 1557 de la Ley de Atenci\u00f3n Asequible<\/a>), la cl\u00ednica de su mam\u00e1 nunca les ha ofrecido servicios de interpretaci\u00f3n cuando \u00e9l est\u00e1 presente.
